You must provide complete, accurate and current information when ordering, including your:
-
Name
-
Email address
-
Billing details
-

-
Payment details
You are responsible for checking that your delivery address and product selections are correct before submitting your order.
4. Customer accounts
You may be able to create an account to manage orders or access certain website features.
You are responsible for:
-
Keeping your login details confidential
-
Providing accurate account information
-
Informing us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.
5. Our products
We sell printed artwork and related products, which may include:
-
Unframed art prints
-
Framed art prints
-
Personalised artwork
-
Custom or special-order products
-
Other homeware or printed products shown on the website
Each product listing will state what is included with the purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, decorative objects, furniture and surrounding items shown in lifestyle photographs are not included.
6. Product images, colours and sizes
We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately.
However:
-
Colours may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting and printing processes
-
Lifestyle mock-ups are intended to demonstrate how artwork may look when displayed
-
The apparent scale of artwork in a room image may be approximate
-
Frame appearance and proportions may vary slightly according to size and production location
-
Minor variations may occur between batches of paper, ink or framing materials
These variations do not affect your statutory rights. Products will still be supplied as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.
Please check the sizing information carefully before ordering.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all artwork, illustrations, photographs, graphics, branding, product descriptions, website text and other content available through our website are owned by us or used by us with permission.
You may view our website and download or print order information for your personal, non-commercial use.

Use our images to create other products
-
Remove copyright or ownership information

-
Present our work as your own
Buying a print does not transfer copyright or grant commercial reproduction rights.
“Tipyn Bach Studio”, our logo and our original designs may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
8. Personalisation and customer-supplied content
Where you provide wording, photographs, images or other material for a personalised product, you confirm that:
-
You have the right to supply and use that material
-
It does not infringe another person’s rights
-
It is not unlawful, defamatory, offensive or misleading
-
We may use it solely to produce and fulfil your order
We may decline an order containing material that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing or inappropriate.
You are responsible for checking the spelling, wording and details submitted for personalised products.
9. Placing an order
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After ordering, you should receive an acknowledgement email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.
Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has entered production or has been dispatched, whichever happens first.
We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including:
-
Payment not being authorised
-
A pricing or product-description error
-
A product becoming unavailable
-
Delivery being unavailable to your address
-
Suspected fraud or misuse
-
The order containing prohibited personalised content
-
A quantity being clearly intended for unauthorised commercial resale
Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
10. Checking your order
Please check the following carefully before checkout:
-
Product design
-
Size
-
Frame colour or finish
-
Quantity
-
Personalised wording
-
Delivery address
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel an order.
Because production may begin shortly after an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee that requested changes can be made before dispatch. This does not limit any statutory cancellation rights that apply.
11. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website.
Prices displayed to UK customers include applicable taxes where required. Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed before you complete checkout.
Before ordering, you will be shown the total amount payable.
We may change our prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
If a product is mistakenly listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may contact you to offer the correct price or cancel the order and refund any payment made.
UK online sellers must clearly state whether prices include tax and delivery costs.
12. International orders, duties and taxes
Where international delivery is available, your destination country may charge:
-
Import VAT
-
Customs duty
-
Clearance fees
-
Other local taxes or charges
Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, they are normally the customer’s responsibility.
We do not control charges imposed by customs or local authorities.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products can lawfully be imported into their destination country.
13. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments or another authorised third-party payment provider.
You confirm that:
-
You are authorised to use the selected payment method
-
The billing information supplied is accurate
-
Sufficient funds or credit are available
We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card details.
14. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
Codes cannot be exchanged for cash
-
Only one code may be used per order
-
Codes must be entered before checkout is completed
-
Expired codes cannot be applied retrospectively
-
We may withdraw a promotion before an order is placed
Promotions do not affect your statutory rights.
15. Production and dispatch
Most products are produced after an order is placed.
Estimated production and dispatch times may be shown on the product page, at checkout or in the order confirmation.
Production times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by:
-
Seasonal demand
-
Material availability
-
Equipment failure
-
Carrier delays
-
Severe weather
-
Customs processing
-
Events outside our reasonable control
We will contact you where we become aware of a significant delay.
16. Delivery
Delivery options, estimated times and costs will be displayed before checkout where available.
Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, goods will normally be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is entered into.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Online sellers must provide delivery arrangements, costs and expected times before the order is placed, and generally deliver within 30 days unless another timeframe has been agreed. (GOV.UK)
17. Failed delivery and returned parcels
Where delivery cannot be completed because:
-
An incorrect address was supplied
-
The customer failed to collect the parcel
-
The customer refused delivery without a lawful reason
-
The carrier exhausted its delivery attempts
the parcel may be returned to the sender.
We may ask you to pay reasonable redelivery costs where the failed delivery was caused by information or actions for which you were responsible.
This does not apply where the failure was caused by us or the carrier.
18. Risk and ownership
Products remain our responsibility until they are delivered into your physical possession, or into the possession of a person you have nominated to receive them.
An exception may apply if you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered by us.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment and the goods have been delivered.
The Consumer Contracts Regulations govern when risk passes from a trader to a consumer. (Legislation.gov.uk)
19. Inspecting your order
Please inspect your order after delivery.
Contact us promptly if:
-
The parcel arrives damaged
-
The product is defective
-
You receive the wrong item
-
An item is missing
-
The product differs materially from its description
Please retain the item and packaging and provide photographs where reasonably requested. This helps us investigate the issue with the production or delivery provider.
20. Your statutory product rights
Products supplied by us must be:
-
As described
-
Of satisfactory quality
-
Fit for their normal purpose and any specific purpose agreed with us
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts those rights or any remedy available under applicable consumer law.
A business cannot contract out of the core statutory rights covering satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, description, delivery and transfer of risk. (Legislation.gov.uk)
21. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us at:
Please provide:
-
Your order number
-
A description of the issue
-
Photographs of the product
-
Photographs of the packaging and shipping label where relevant
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may offer:
-
A replacement
-
A repair, where appropriate
-
A full or partial refund
-
Another suitable remedy agreed with you
Where a return is required because the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will cover reasonable return costs.
22. Change-of-mind returns
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns policy for eligible products.
You must contact us within 30 days after receiving the product to request a return.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must:
-
Be unused and undamaged
-
Be free from marks, creases or signs of display
-
Include all components supplied
-
Be returned securely and, where reasonably possible, in its original protective packaging
You must contact us before returning anything.
Unauthorised returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed or refused where permitted by law.
Full instructions are set out in our Refund Policy: [LINK]
23. Return postage
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of returning products where the return is due to:
-
A change of mind
-
An incorrect size selected by the customer
-
An incorrect frame option selected by the customer
-
A preference for a different design or colour
We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.
Returned products remain your responsibility until they have been safely received.
We will pay or reimburse reasonable return costs where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Consumers may be required to bear direct change-of-mind return costs when informed of that responsibility before purchasing. (Legislation.gov.uk)
24. Statutory cancellation rights
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, you may cancel an eligible online order without giving a reason.
For goods, the standard statutory cancellation period generally ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.
You must then return the goods within 14 days after notifying us that you wish to cancel.
Our voluntary 30-day policy gives you additional time to request an eligible return, but does not reduce your statutory rights.
Customers must be informed of the right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of delivery. (GOV.UK)
25. Personalised and custom products
The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply to products that are:
-
Made to your individual specifications
-
Clearly personalised
-
Created using wording, images or details supplied specifically by you
This exception does not apply merely because a standard product is printed after an order is placed.
Personalised and custom products remain covered where they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
26. Refunds
Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right, we will refund:
-
The price paid for the returned product
-
The cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery option offered by us, where required by law
Additional amounts paid for express or upgraded delivery are not normally refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.
For returns made under our voluntary 30-day policy after the statutory cancellation period, original delivery charges may not be refunded unless the product is faulty or the law requires otherwise.
We may make a reasonable deduction where the product’s value has been reduced because it was handled beyond what was necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and function.
Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.
27. Refund timing
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, refunds will be made within the legally required period.
For returned goods, we may wait until:
-
We receive the returned product, or
-
You provide evidence that it has been sent back,
whichever occurs first.
Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time after we issue the refund.
28. Exchanges
We do not currently guarantee direct exchanges.
The simplest way to obtain a different size, frame or design is normally to:
-
Request a return for the original eligible product
-
Place a new order for the preferred option
Change-of-mind return postage remains the customer’s responsibility.
29. Sale products
Products purchased in a sale or promotion remain covered by applicable statutory consumer rights.
Any additional voluntary return restrictions will be clearly disclosed before purchase and will not limit rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
30. Gift cards
Where gift cards are offered:
-
They cannot normally be exchanged for cash
-
They must be used before their stated expiry date, if applicable
-
Lost or stolen cards may not be replaceable
-
Any statutory rights remain unaffected
31. Website availability
We aim to keep our website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for:
-

We may update, withdraw or discontinue website features without notice where reasonably necessary.

-
Availability
-
Delivery charges
-
Estimated delivery times

We may correct an error at any time.
Where an error materially affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and offer an appropriate choice, which may include proceeding with corrected information or receiving a refund.

35. Reviews, photographs and other submissions
Where you submit a review, photograph or other content to us, you confirm that:
-
It is accurate and based on your genuine experience
-
You own it or have permission to submit it
-
It does not infringe another person’s rights
-
It is not unlawful, abusive or misleading
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display and reproduce the submitted content for the purpose of operating and promoting Tipyn Bach Studio.
You may contact us if you want us to stop using customer-submitted photographs in future promotional materials, although this may not affect materials already produced.
We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, offensive or unrelated to the product or service reviewed.
36. Privacy and cookies

37. Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as:
-
Severe weather
-
Natural disasters
-
Strikes
-
Transport disruption
-
Carrier failure
-
Customs delays
-
War or civil unrest
-
Government action
-
Widespread internet or power failure
-
Supplier or manufacturing disruption
We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and will contact you where a material delay affects your order.
This section does not remove any right you may have to cancel an order where delivery is excessively delayed or cannot take place.
38. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Where you purchase as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses, including:
-
Lost profits

Lost business

Lost revenue
-
Lost commercial opportunities
-
Business interruption
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:

-
Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded
39. Complaints
We hope to resolve concerns quickly and fairly.

-

-
A clear explanation of the issue

We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary, including to reflect:
-
Changes to our products or services
-
Changes to the website
-
Changes in applicable law
-
Changes to our payment, delivery or production arrangements
The Terms in effect when your order is accepted will normally govern that order.
Updated Terms will apply to future website use and future orders from the date they are published.
41. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that part will be treated as removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
42. No waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.
43. Transfer of rights
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written agreement.
We may transfer our rights or obligations to another organisation, for example if the business is sold or reorganised. We will ensure that this does not reduce your statutory rights.
